Reports to: Training Delivery Manager
Hours: Monday-Friday, 8:30am – 5:00pm
Salary: £12.71 per hour
We are looking for a reliable and organised Administrator to join our team. You will provide general administrative support to help ensure the smooth running of the office and support our team with day-to-day tasks.
Key Responsibilities
- General administration duties including filing, data entry and updating records
- Answering phones and responding to emails in a professional manner
- Booking meetings and taking accurate notes
- Preparing documents and training materials as required
- Supporting with bookings and travel arrangements when needed
- Assisting the team with various office tasks to ensure efficient operations
- Checking and uploading documents accurately
Skills & Experience
- Previous administrative experience preferred
- Strong organisational and time-management skills
- Good attention to detail and accuracy
- Confident communicating with internal staff and external contacts
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
