Are you looking for an exciting opportunity to launch your career with a growing business in Cheshire? The Crown Group is looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Trainee Arborist to join our experienced Vegetation Management team.
This is a developmental role with hands-on training provided, where you’ll work alongside some of the best in the business. You’ll gain valuable skills and industry-recognised experience in railway vegetation management, with the potential for career progression.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Cutting back overgrown vegetation, including trees, shrubs, and grass from railway trackside areas
- Removing plants that obstruct signals, signage, or visibility for train drivers
- Safely felling trees and removing overhanging branches that pose risks to railway infrastructure
- Using chainsaws and other specialist tools under the supervision of trained professionals
- Supporting routine site maintenance and adhering to safety procedures at all times

Please note: A full UK driving licence is essential for this role.
