Employee Engagement Co-Ordinator

Location: 247 Broad Street, Crewe, CW1 4JJ plus UK Wide travel
Salary: £28,000 – £30,000 a year, plus Vehicle and Fuel Card

What You’ll Be Doing:

✔ Engage & Inspire! Meet potential workers and introduce them to exciting training opportunities in the rail sector.
✔ Lead Group Sessions Speak confidently to groups of up to 20 candidates – motivating them to take the next step in their careers.
✔ Smooth Onboarding Process Complete right-to-work checks and all necessary paperwork for new starters.
✔ Collaboration is Key! Work closely with the Admin Team to coordinate seamless training programs with the team in Crewe
✔ Build Strong Client Relationships Manage key accounts, develop partnerships, and drive business growth.
✔ Be the Link Between Teams Keep senior management updated on client needs, worker progress, and operational matters.
✔ Hands-On Approach Collect site paperwork and ensure smooth processing for the Rail Administration Team.
