We recently had the pleasure of attending the Reaseheath Apprenticeship Awards—an evening filled with pride, celebration, and a genuine sense of community. It was a wonderful opportunity to recognise the incredible achievements of apprentices who are working hard to build bright futures across a wide range of industries.

As a business that truly values the importance of nurturing new talent, we were proud to sponsor the Transport Apprentice of the Year award. It meant a lot to be able to support an event that highlights the dedication, growth, and resilience of young people taking their first steps into professional careers.

The atmosphere on the night was inspiring. Hearing the stories behind each nomination, how far the apprentices had come, and the challenges they’ve overcome was a powerful reminder of why apprenticeships are so important. They don’t just build skills; they build confidence, purpose, and future leaders.
