National Apprenticeship Week 2026 Spotlight: Apprentice Isabella Yates

In December 2024, we welcomed Isabella Yates to the team as our Multi-Channel Marketing Apprentice. From day one, Issy brough her genuine eagerness to learn and a strong curiosity about the fundamental impact marketing can have on a business.

Throughout her apprenticeship so far, Issy has made a significant contribution to our marketing efforts. She has gained hands-on experience creating and scheduling social media content, designing materials for events, and supporting the organisation of initiatives that bring our community together through charitable causes. Alongside this, Issy has introduced fresh ideas and a playful, trend-led approach to TikTok content, helping to authentically showcase the people behind our business and the strong relationships they share.

One of Issy’s standout achievements this past year was organising a Charity Ball in partnership with Mercury Lifts to raise vital funds for Cheshire Without Abuse (MyCWA), a charity facing funding cuts at a critical time. Driven by a passion to support a cause that provides emergency accommodation, specialist counselling, outreach support, and education programmes for individuals and families affected by domestic abuse, Issy made it her mission to raise as much money as possible.

Despite the urgency of the situation, Issy successfully organised the Charity Ball in just one month. The event went on to raise an incredible £8,024.78, making a meaningful difference to a charity in need.

Issy’s dedication to delivering excellence not only aligns with our mission as a business but also highlights her commitment to building a successful career in marketing. We have no doubt that Issy will continue to thrive within our business, and we can’t want to see all that she goes on to accomplish in the world of marketing.
