Hours: Monday-Friday, 8:30am – 5:00pm
Salary: £12.71 per hour
Are you organised, friendly, and great at keeping things running smoothly? We’re looking for a Training Administrator to join our team in Crewe. You’ll play an important role in supporting the day-to-day coordination of our training activities, helping ensure everything runs smoothly.
What you’ll be doing:
You’ll work alongside the Coordinator to keep our training and assessment events on track. Your day-to-day tasks will include:
- Keeping the NSAR Events Calendar updated and checking upcoming events each Friday
- Making sure Track Induction Sites are approved ahead of scheduled events
- Sorting plant and tool hire for training and assessment sessions
- Sending booking forms and joining instructions to clients
- Carrying out prerequisite checks for learners
- Preparing and sending course registers and documents to trainers
- Updating sponsors with training and assessment outcomes
- Recording event data and pulling together monthly summary reports
- Taking part in monthly standardisation meetings
You’ll also act as deputy to the Rail Training & Assessment Coordinator when needed.
What we’re looking for:
- Confident IT skills
- Previous office/admin experience (preferred)
- Great attention to detail
- Able to work independently and manage your time well
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Good record-keeping and organisation
